How is this different from selling on the delivery apps?
Your own branded website and app, with your orders and customer data in your hands. Use aggregators for discovery and your own channel for repeat business.
Do I have to stop using the aggregators?
No. Run both. The calculator estimates the impact of moving a share of your orders to your own channel.
What does Orderbase actually cost?
A one-off setup fee, a monthly base and, above 500,000 EGP in monthly own-channel sales, a tiered performance fee. See the plans above for exact rates.
What happens when I outgrow Launch?
Above 500,000 EGP a month, Launch moves to Grow. The base becomes 25,000 EGP; the 90,000 EGP setup difference is spread over three months. Your plan gains the native app and custom design.
Who delivers the orders?
Your own drivers or delivery partners. Every plan includes dispatch and a driver app.
Will it work with my POS and ERP?
Orderbase supports POS and ERP integrations. Share your current systems with us so we can confirm the scope for your brand.
